My 2015 Mardi Gras

NEW ORLEANS (Gazette) — Every Mardi Gras, I attend certain functions, parades or balls at which I get excited and truly feel the Mardi Gras Spirit. It is like a natural high. This year, I plan to write about my experiences in the 2015 season so that I can spread around some of the joy that I have. I hope that my readers will get caught up in THE SPIRIT of New Orleans’ FAT TUESDAY.

Below, you can see me getting my lip in shape for the season.

Sights similar to the below scene are familiar on the streets on Fat Tuesday. You have to click the video to see more.

Here below is a picture of me dancing and bringing in the Mardi Gras season at the Bottom Line Beach Club outside of New Orleans. Do you see those excellent dance steps? I am truly CUTTING THE RUG.

The gal sitting on the stairway expresses what she thinks about my Fred Astaire dance steps.

Ferdie, you sure can dance!

What guides me in this journey and what I propose for you to do is: Wait on the Lord, and be of good courage ..for He shall strengthen thy heart!

Ferd, are you ready to incorporate my name in some of your festivities? Here I come ready or not.

    • Yes. All you need are black pants. I have bow ties. Plus, my black suit jackets should fit you.

I am looking over old comments to my blog. I hope that you had a nice time in New Orleans last Mardi Gras. I will post some stuff from this Mardi Gras. It is funny, but the Mardi Gras season in New Orleans starts rights after the New Year’s celebrations.
